Studying last-minute had always went better-than-expected for me while I was in Matrik. But those papers I've taken about a month ago were on a whole different level.

Today's paper was TITAS (Tamadun Islam dan Tamadun Asia). It's sort of like a History subject. And as far as I can remember, I've always failed the subject back when I was in High School. Lets just hope time will change that, er, FACT =.= ~~Sudahlah ni kali tiada belajar~~.

After we're done with TITAS, we went to Tanjung Aru.

I know it doesn't look like Tg. Aru, at all. Hahaha that's because this is kind of a hidden place(?) that not many know about. .??

Tg. Aru always make me feel nostalgic. It was the place where my schoolmates and I used to go when we LEGALLY skipped school. Lol. Lalulintas training, every year. Let's see if I still have those pictures. . .

Aww.. Look! Apparently, I still have them. Although they were totally unrelated to our training. Teehee!

From yesterday until earlier today, this was the story of my life. Well, kind of. Because I didn't ride any bus and fell asleep in it. ~~Although I did fall asleep in the car while mum was driving me to UMS~~.

Story of my life. Since forever.

The part *during the break* was true :P We went to 1Bormeo during the one and a half-hour break, despite the fact that we haven't got ALL of the formulas for basic statistics covered.

The result: We 'met' our worst nightmares. It also felt like the paper was saying 'KOTOH!' right to my face =.= (Siapa Sabahan tidak tahu apa itu 'Kotoh' jangan berani mengaku Sabahan! *muka serious*)

During the Basic Stats paper, I even felt like jumping out of my chair and grab my notes in front of me very quickly that normal humans' eyes can't see. ~~If only I were a Ninja~~.

And alternatively, I've thought of begging to the Pengawas "Please, pleaseee!!! Just ONE quick glance!! ONE!! I don't wanna have this nightmare haunting me forever and ever and ever!!"

Sighhh.. To be honest, I've never done any exam as bad as THIS. SO! Who to blame?

No, no. Even though I eat maggi almost everyday now, doesn't mean that it wasn't entirely my fault. I should've studied on a daily basis. But then again, it doesn't mean that you're innocent, maggi! You're part of the reason that my brain wasn't functioning right today! >:( LOL. Kidding :P

Synopsis:

Lee Shin is a university student majoring in modern music. He is also the vocalist and guitarist of the band "The Stupid." Today I woke up early for nothing. The 'Taklimat Renang' for juniors was CANCELLED. Grr!!

I was very mad (This is the truth. I wasn't lazy, or anything. REALLY!) so I decided to skip the 'Taklimat Koko' and went to 1Borneo, instead with one of my besties, Yeye. If you are reading this, thanks for treating me to a kbox, even though you are close to being broke right now. Hahaha don't worry next time I'll treat you back when I've already got my scholarship money ;) Aww.. I suddenly remember about those days in High School when it used to be 'Duit kau duit aku juga' between us hahaha xD Anyway, have a safe trip to your current school at IPG Keningau tomorrow! :D

This morning my one-month old kitten was infected by a virus and nearly died. Its Mom is a stray so it wouldn't be surprising for stuff like that to happen but I can't bear losing another kitty. Despite the whopping number of my cats right now, I still don't wanna lose either one of them.

Sekadar hiasan. But it's still a splitting image of my kitten, Perry.

So I begged Mum to bring him to a vet and that she could use my money (or what's left of it) if she wanted to. Thank God she did. The vet gave him not less than 5 injections and asked to bring Perry in again tomorrow if he still lives. Perry's better now but NOT healthy. I still worry about him. I mean, what if he's not going to make it until tomorrow? What if something happens and he can't breathe normally again?

Oh God please, please, please, PLEASE let him live. He's just a baby :( I want to watch him grow. I'll pray and if any of you care, please pray for this poor kitty, too :'(

I don't even know why I'm sharing this song. My Mom used to sing this song on karaoke at home when I was little (and some other song called 'Obladi, Oblada' I know, weird =.=) and now my sister keeps singing it and somehow affected me to sing it randomly even though I don't even like the song. lol. Whatever.

I just wanna say that things happen. They don't always go the way you want it to be. But whatever you do, don't do anything stupid or reckless and NEVER USE SOMEONE ELSE TO MOVE ON. Remember, only fall in love when your heart is ready.

Frankly, I put Sains Marin as my first choice in UPU because I was quite certain I wouldn't be able to get it.

Benefits of taking this course:

The duration is only 3 years
I get to learn swimming for free
I get to learn Scuba Diving for free
I'd have a chance to go to a training program in Japan
~~Ada lecturer orang putehhh~~..
I get to see the beauty of marine lives or maybe even sea beds!

That's all the benefits I can think of right now. Hahaha.

The disadvantage?

Confession#79: It's orientation week and I am not where I am supposed to be right now.

So just sssshhhhh... okay? xD

To be frank, I'm not in the mood to blog at the moment. Mainly because I lost my phone (again). Scratch that! MY PHONE GOES MISSING. And to make it worse, it's in silent mode. How the heck am I going to find it now? =.=

p.s. It's an incredibly cheap and almost useless cellphone but it's all I have (that is, until I buy a new one, of course haha).

Confession#78: I'm not in the mood for studying. Unlike everyone else (Well, most of them, at least), I don't feel like attending university, JUST YET. Of course, there's a reason for that. It's complicated. Very. But I guess I don't have a choice.

I might be staying at the dorm, even though it's 30min drive from my house. Figured it might be easier for me. I can even work part-time at 1B that way.

Why is this happening to me? To us?

Well, literally. I don't mean Raya. I was referring to the future. My future, to be exact.

Yeah, time flies with a blink of an eye.

And looking back trough all those years, I realize that as I age, my life just gets worse and worse.

Sometimes it makes me more mature and sometimes it brings out the worst in me it scares me.

I'd have bad, mean thoughts and I despise it. I don't wanna be this way but I am still human. I have feelings and emotion. I'M NOT PERFECT.

Why bother being normal when you're different?

But most of the times, I'd calm myself down and think about those who're far more unfortunate than I am.

Well. Whatever. If tomorrow will be worse, why waste a better today right? So I'm not going to lose and give up just like that. Bring it on!

I have a close-to-perfect eyesight (well, it used to be perfect until I went to KML and my only source of fun was my laptop, which ruined my sight )
I can play an organ. (although I am still a noob and will always be, since I quit at grade 2 halfway :P)

I can go to a kbox and karaoke for 2 straight hours (lol)
I can have photographic memories, sometimes. I always do last minute studies when the exams are just around the corner and temporarily memorize everything I read.

Have Faith in God

Okay, I'm fasting today. Boleh sudah hahaha. I can't help but to remember all those memories of Ramadan last year (AND the year before. But that's not the point, now. lol) I spent my whole Ramadan at KML (I'm not so sure with the word 'whole', since I went back home whenever I wanted to hehe) last year.

Everyday we would go to the bazaar which was held in our very own KML.

Lepas beli2, naik bilik tunggu waktu berbuka. And then Tens would receive a text message from a friend whose dorm was situated near the mosque, telling us that it was time to sungkai. And what I miss the most is how all 5 of us would eat and eat and eat (rasa macam x pandai habis makanan tu. Terlampau banyak kena beli. And we wondered why hadn't we lost weight.) while watching Hana Yori Dango (Japanese ver.).

Aww... I miss this drama. In fact, it's the best Japanese drama I've ever watched (Besides 1 Litre of Tears, of course).

I've just read a very judgmental entry posted by a very judgmental blogger. According to him, a girl with her hijab on is definitely better than all those without. Walaupun perempuan yang bertudung itu buat benda 'macam-macam', at least dia pakai tudung. Whoa, slow down there, mister. Since when does Islam teach you that is legal??

I know I'm not in a place to give any sort of lectures about religion. Yes, I know who I am. I wasn't raised in a very Islamic surrounding. My parents were not originally Muslims and I was never sent to sekolah agama like most Muslim kids get to attend. You'd be surprised if you knew how little I know of my own religion. But that doesn't stop me from wanting to learn more. Why? Because I believe. I believe that Allah is real. And so does everything mentioned in the Quran. And despite how you see me on the outside, I always have faith in Allah, inside.

Think I never thought of wearing a hijab? Think again. *muka serious* I DID and I still do. But let's start from improving myself from the inside first. Besides, IT'S THE INSIDE THAT COUNTS THE MOST ;)

I'm back! xD After half a month of silence. hahaha nahh.. There's a reason for that. I was working. And boy, it was really tiring Thank God the pay is quite reasonable. Although I only worked for two weeks minus one day. Wanna know where I worked? It kinda rhymes with my name.

Aqilah who works at KIKILALA. Hahaha. No, I didn't choose that department on purpose. Who knew I'd work as a KIKILALA part-time promoter someday, right? After all these years people have been calling me 'KIKILALA' ,, And to make it easier to remember my name, some of my workmates allow themselves to me call me 'KIKILALA', while the others just went for 'Lala' or just 'Qila'.

How did it feel like working there? I'll tell you how:

1. On weekdays:

Very few people. So boring you thought you could die of boredom.

But instead of dying, usually normal people will choose to act crazy and let the time flows.

Bila ada orang bongkar-bongkar baju yang sudah sedia terlipat, walaupun x membeli:-

2. On weekends:
SANGAT BANYAK MANUSIA.

Kemudian lipat balik dengan perasaan seperti ini.

Bila customer datang bongkar-bongkar semua baju yang dia nampak walaupun dia terang-terang nampak saya sedang sibuk melipat balik kain yang kena bongkar habis tanpa belas kasihan, tetapi cuma beli SATU:

Oh! Almost forgot~ What's daymare?? It has no meaning, really. It's supposed to be nightmare. But I'm having a bad dream this morning when I went back to sleep after waking up but still feel like sleeping (WHATT???). LOL. Hence, the term 'daymare'

I dreamt of kena tindih during sleeping so I couldn't move. I couldn't talk (let alone scream). I haven't had any experience of that in real life, yet. But after having that dream, I feel like I already did (or worse).

I really need my lucid dreams, back. Every dream I had now seems VERY real. HD la katakan hahaha. Okay, not funny. I couldn't even tell if I was dreaming. My dream just now was super scary. It's like I was trapped in my dream and forever asleep!! Whenever I tried to wake up, I just fell asleep again and again.. What's more freakish is that the dream actually took place in my exact room.

I AIN'T NO SLEEPING BEAUTY!! DX

After I figured that I was 'cursed' to sleep forever, I dreamt of myself walking around the house with no one seemed to notice or heard me =.=lll Then I saw my Dad and ran over to him and hugged him sambil nangis2, hoping he'd feel my presence. And then.. I woke up! (phew!) I was, like, OH. MY. GOD. WORST. DREAM. EVER.

Dream a Little Dream of Me...

Yes, Ben. Many times than I can remember.

Believe it or not, I even tried to grab on something (or someone) when I know was going to wake up so that I could still see it when I opened my eyes for real.

Once upon a time, I used to have lucid dreams almost every night. Lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming. And sometimes, I could even control my dreams.

I could switch my dreams freely ( I did that when things got really scary ).

When I dreamt I was flying and was about to fall, I could convince myself that I'm not falling and that was that. I stayed flying.

When I really had to wake up, I could just go back to sleep later and continue on dreaming the same dream (or the 'sequel' of it, to be specific). It was like I chose what I dream.

Yeah, it was cool. It was like exploring into a new world. Or a new me. Lol. But did you realize that I was using 'past tense'?

Yep. I've lost the 'gift' (If that's what you prefer to call it). A few years ago, a friend talked to me about lucid dreaming and how she'd love to experience it. I told her that I was a lucid dreamer and suddenly after that day, I stopped having lucid dreams. I guess it was something you MUST keep only to yourself.

But now, it seems like lucid dreams are coming back to me, little by little. Well, good. I could use some lucid dreams, right now. So that I know my dreams aren't real. And they're just... DREAMS. When you wake up, it's over.

p.s. I'm employed. And so is El. I'm not telling where hahaha. Guess I wouldn't have a lot of time to go online, for now. See ya! :D

But many of them just make me look like I just sucked on a lemon while listening to them. Making me wonder what's so good about 'em. (NOTE: I didn't say I hate it, or it sucks, whatsoever. It's been a while.. (Is it? LOL)

I've got the PSPM result and I'm grateful about it. I couldn't believe my eyes at first. But it's absolutely right. No mistake about it. The only mistake is that I didn't do my very best but there's no use looking back now, isn't there?

Besides! It's SO much better than what I've expected. Not to mention that it's MORE than what I've asked for. Alhamdulillah~! Of course, it's not 4.0 but I know who I am. I don't study. I didn't go to see the lecturers personally like most matriculation students did. I skipped classes. I don't do homeworks. I chat during lectures and tutorial classes. I went back home illegally. I tend to extend my holidays for God knows how long.

The weird thing is.. Most people think that the 2nd semester was easier than the first one. But my pointer dropped exactly 0.35. Hmm.. Guess that's what I get for skipping lectures too much :P

Kids nowadays.

She knows youtube, twitter and even searched online games by herself. I super like it as it keeps her busy. LOL.

Well, actually, kampung saya bukan di Tamparuli pun. Tapi dekat2 la. Di Kiulu. Atau Qiulu. Entah mana satu yang betul. LOL. Sudahlah memang jarang balik kampung. Mama & Bapa (my granny & gramps) yg selalu datang p KK. Hehe..

Disebabkan jarang balik kampung (& sebab2 lain), jadi saya boleh dikira langsung tidak tahu apa-apa tentang bangsa saya; KadazanDusun. Bahasa Dusun pun saya tidak tahu. Bagus lagi saya punya Bahasa Mandarin (walaupun t'sangat2 noob).

BTW the one I tasted did not have that much chilli as shown in the image above. I saw some tiny pieces of red laa but didn't think that it'd turn out SOOO spicy. But I think it was just me. I can't stand spicy food. Not even Mister Potato BBQ flavour.

Aiyaa.. Most people would think that it's weird of me since the majority people of my race always crave for spicy foods. Well, whatever. This is just me

Yesterday two of my cats got poisoned.

One of them. (Polka)

I was so scared that I'd lose another kitty :'(

So we took them out to look for a veterinary center that was opened, but since yesterday was a Good Friday, all (Yes, ALL) of them were closed D:

We were devastated but there's nothing else we could do.

At home, I called a vet and asked what should be done when a feline got poisoned.

He said: Bagi dia minum charcoal.

And that's what we did.

...

It worked.

The charcoal neutralized the poison.

Pheww!! Alhamdulillahhh kucing saya selamat :')

Some of the major symptoms of poisoning in felines:

Excessive salivation
Loss of balance
Vomiting
Rapid breathing rate
Diarrhoea

** Do something to induce vomiting before the poison got into their bloodstreams.

I know I said I'd go on hiatus before. But please just bear with this one more entry!

1st of all:

I don't give a damn about my UPS result. And I'm not going to mention anything about it, except for this : MY CHEMISTRY SUXX! Although to be honest I didn't even study, at all. Plus I was sick during Chemistry and Maths paper. There. Done. Now life goes on :P

2nd of all:

I keep losing track of my stuffs. I really want my file back! Everything's in there! Why am I so careless??!!

Saya hilang nota. Hilang surat tunjuk sebab (kan sy escape. hehe.). NOOOOO!!

I hate it! If you've found it and know it's not even yours to begin with, then return it to the owner lah!! (>.<) Ughh!!

3rd of all:

It's been very exhausting lately that I am feeling so sleep-deprived and even my view is getting blurrier and blurrier. That puts me in a very bad mood. I used to have perfect eyesight T___T

Last but not least:

Okay, maybe Facebook(FB) is shutting down, after all. But the truth is, nobody knows. Even though some FB users are certain about it, they still refuse to deactivate their FB accounts. Why?? It's the same reason all along: They wanna see how the story ends. Or to be more specific, they wanna see how FB ends?? Mm.. Whatever.

Do you know one of the reasons they're considering to eliminate FB??

Ekin and I are roommates. Yet we chat and comment on each other's status, even though we can just say it out loud since we're sitting next to each other. LOL!

Ya, saya memang pemalas. Mahu update blog pun malas. Apa yg saya rajin? Makan. Makan. Dan makan. Apa lagi? Tidur. Kalau saya tidak insomniac. Tapi hakikatnya, saya insomniac. So, apa boleh buat.

Well, at least I'm updating now?? lol!

I got my hair permed since 3 weeks ago, or so. I just asked for wavy hair for I have a quite round-shaped face. If my hair's too curly, I might look like Doraemon.

Anyway, I think I'm gonna go on hiatus for now until I'm done with Matrix :)

p.s. After I got bored watching jdrama and kdrama which is all about high school students falling in and out of love with each other, I've finally moved on to watching something different.
